Removal of Plaster and Lead Based Paint

Keeping Dust down and Lead Based Paint

We have been certified by the Environmental Protection Agency for the safe handling of lead based paint. Sometimes it is necessary to remove the existing wall finish such as plaster or sheet rock from a wall so we can access the foundation, the floor above, and the 2 by 4 wall framing.  As you can see this is a dirty and dusty business and in many old houses the paint has lead in it.

In light of this we make sure dust does not spread into the rest of your house where it can cause allergies or other health problems, especially to children.    Specifically we make sure your living areas remain clean by using the protection methods shown here.
